We received this product and would have given it a 1-star because it didn't work. It was frustrating to get the dispenser installed on the wall to have it not work... But after contacting the company - They sent a replacement out to us right away. Good customer service is hard to find now a days... It is so appreciated that we are giving it a 5-star because they did everything they could in order to give us a good product.

This kit is super easy to install, and all necessary hardware is included.You'll need a screw driver, level, and a stud finder. (You can do without a stud finder, but it makes installation more robust)I've had this kit installed for over 3 months, with a 3 people regularly in the home, and this kit is still nearly half full.The kit comes with a battery, btw.Highly recommended5 stars

This might be a overkill in size for areas like bathroom. Great for mud room, workshop and kitchen. This model came with the double stickie pad that can be attached to the back of the unit and then stick to the wall. I find that the included screw works better in terms of safety supporting the weight of this dispenser. The soap container has a nice neck where it snaps onto the bottom dispensing unit and when all the liquid has been dispensed, you just pop it out and insert a new soap container. The bottom dispensing unit is powered by one battery thats nicely built into the soap canister so that every time you swap for a new soap container, you get a fresh battery replaced as well. The electronics dispenser shoots out a good amount of soap in the foam format whenever you place your hand under the unit. Works great. If you like to save money, you can drill the top of the soap container and fill it with your own foaming liquid soap. Battery can be replaced but it does take a bit more work to do this and have a new one help in place. For me its easier just to buy a replacement soap cartridge for the unit.

It's ok. It does its job but the only thing I wish it had on it was like some kind of way to choose how much of the amount you want it to squeeze out. I find like it pushes too much soap out into my hands and I always have so much soap left over that I have to either get a paper towel and wipe off the excess or put the rest on my forearm. It is also easy to install.

;My business is a florist shop. My employees deal with staining product daily. Other soaps do not successfully remove stains. Purelll Foaming soap does (Please note I say "foaming" - the foaming soap works wonders - better than liquid Purell). The soap is also gentle to the skin. This is important as all but myself and one other are women so are sensitive - physically and psychologically - to impacts to skin. The dispenser was easy to mount and works great. One challenge, however, believe i tor not, was getting the cap off the bottle. No instructions told me to there was a cap and certainly how to remove it. i finally found something on the web. Otherwise, great!
