Missing 4 parts: #9 flat wheel washers (the largest flat washers with an outer diameter of 0.78"). The only option seems to be a return. I spent time setting up the seat and just want them to send me the four small parts. It's so difficult to communicate with manufacturer services.

Screws were missing and metal plate. Other than That seems to be sturdy. Ll know more once I get it put together.
