Great product and it fits perfectly. These are easily loaded into the Honeywell Fendall Pure Flow 1000 without modification.

These 'refills' have to be bought in addition to any Honeywell Fendall Pure Flow 1000 Eyewash Station you bought since those ship empty. I like the system for several reasons -1) OSHA compliance is helped because the expiration date is clearly printed on the activation straps.2) You only have to replace the sealed refills every two years, saving time and reducing compliance headache (other systems require you to mix up a new batch in as little as 90 days). The cost of this package vs. the other approaches is largely the same, just that you buy a package of these units every two years as opposed to replacing a batch of water + preservative multiple times. Read the instructions for cometing systems carefully and consider how much time it will take you every couple of months to do the required work.3) Loading up the refills is pretty painless as long as you follow the manual carefully. The only tricky part we encountered was a hard-to-insert eyewash emitter. We did get it in after about 3 minutes of finagling it.4) Any used saline drains into a integrated catch basin with a drain valve. Other systems expect you to provide a drain or to live with puddles during use.5) Ease of use and ease of installation - this unit can be moved - just find a new spot for those 4+ mounting screws. Preferably, move the Fendall 1000 while empty.
