Works well with the Purdy system. Sturdy up to 12 feet. The only challenge is finding enough space to turn it around in order to wet the roller, but it's better than climbing up ladders in a stairwell!It's recommended for its specific use. Make sure to get the Purdy accessories to ensure the Powerlock feature works. You'll be happy you did.Recommended.

This pole is fantastic. It is nice and light. So easy to extend it. I am a 68 year old female with RA and I can use it with ease. Came very well packaged. Highly recommend.

This product is built well and very sturdy. But, the length is not 1'-2'. The total minimum length is 18" and the total extended length is 25-3/4.

Very sturdy for how far it extends! Locking mechanism works great. Worked with a generic paint roller we had. I painted our tall stairwell with no issues. Saved me the cost of hiring a professional. Highly recommend.

This works well for not only painting your house, but attaching Christmas lights to taller trees, etc. I've even used it for getting limbs down from my shed roof. Attaching a roller makes for a nice "arm."

Wow, this thing is a beast. It feels nothing like the old homeowner model that it is replacing. The only similarity is the yellow color. You can tell immediately that this is a strong well made device. I'm using it with my gutter leaf grabber and it gives me the rigidity needed for that device.
