Pump switches provide automatic pump control. The SJE PumpMaster pump switch is designed to directly control pumps up to 1/2 HP at 120 VAC and 1 HP at 230 VAC in potable water, water and sewage applications.The SJE PumpMaster pump switch is not sensitive to rotation or turbulence, allowing it to be used in both calm and turbulent applications. 20 foot wire attached U.S. Patent No. 5,087,801 and 5,142,108 Does not include mounting clamp. The product does not have a plug on the end. Hardwire installation.

An exact replacement for the original. I thought it was a mercuary switch, but it sounds like a conventional. Installed easily; worked perfectly.
