I never write reviews, but this tree is so pretty that I had to. I have another pencil tree (Sonoma Slim) from Balsalm Hill and this one is SO MUCH BETTER and at a fraction of the cost. I love how the lights were placed on the tips of the branches and it looks very real and not at all plastic-ey. I love it completely bare, but we did add bows and that was very elegant as well. We have had so many compliments on the tree, more than any of our other trees that were far more expensive. It is also the perfect slim size to work in my stairwell. We are now in mid-Jan and I still haven't taken it down. This is a superb tree for the price and Puleo has the best warranty I've found. Keep your receipts and file the warranty. We had an issue with a different tree and they were very responsive and helpful, but you MUST keep your receipt. I didn't realize these weren't LED lights, but am not bothered by it and love the warm glow of incandescent. Just perfection! I really don't want to take it down.

I have the 6.5’ tree and the size is awesome; it’s just over 2’ wide so it is fuller looking than a pencil tree. The color and fullness is nice. Now, the issue is the quality of the attached lighting. This was the third year we have pulled this tree out last year and this year, there was a broken light socket . Yes - you guessed it- one broken light = no light on that strand. Fortunately we were able to simply bypass or repair the broken light. So yeah, the lighting is pretty delicate. I like that it is warm lighting though.

I have had this tree for 2 years now and have had no issues. Made well. Easy to store in a tree bag I purchased. There is minimal fluffing. The branches are fuller than my previous tree. Lights are just the right amount and bright enough. Very easy set up and I love that it doesn't take up much space! Highly recommend!!

This tree is 7 1/2 foot tall and was the perfect size for my room that had a 9 foot ceiling ledge. It was easy to put up and looks great with the pre-lit lights. One problem was that a light bulb was missing so one of the sections would not light up. I had to find the bulb that was missing and then it worked. Two parts of the tree had two different bulbs missing. That was the only problem that occurred.

Great tree for the price. Fit our space well. Plenty of lights and once you fluff the tree it is quite full.I think folks who complain must think tree comes out of the box ready to go. It takes time to fluff an artificial tree to get it look natural.

We just received this so decided to set it up and see what it’s like. It was simple to put together, the lights all work and look great. In the photo: this is right out of the box with minimal fluffing. So it will be fuller when the branches are fluffed out. We only have a small space for a Christmas tree in our new rental house and this fits perfectly.I’ll come back and give an update after we have used it for the Christmas season!

This was the second tree I had purchased online, as the lights went out on my former tree so I needed a replacement. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tree! Very easy to assemble and was not hard to shape at all. Took maybe 10-15 minutes to shape, which is a huge plus for me as I absolutely hate shaping trees!! And I love that the lights are not actually glued to the tree, as is the case in many pre-lit trees, they are just wound around the branches, so you can unwind them and move them as you like, then simply rewind them. I was a little nervous about purchasing this tree, as others had commented that the lights on the top of the tree are not dispensed very well. They were indeed not dispensed as i would have liked, but because you can simply unwind and move them, I was able to easily rearrange them as I liked - took maybe 2 minutes to do. The tree itself is gorgeous for this price range! The branches look real, not totally fake, and it is just the perfect circumference to look nice and yet be able to put up and decorate with ease. I would definitely recommend purchasing this one!!
