Great quality for the price. Had no problem installing it on my 650 holly carb. Car seems to preform a bit better as it's getting more air.

Chrome is thin and not that great. But with a spacer and my cowl hood makes a big difference. It's small footprint doesn't hold and absorb the heat a big 14 inch air cleaner does. So less heat, top air , and the carb spacer I don't have heat soak anymore so far. Sucks to pull up to the pumps to get gas and a people love your car just to try and start it up and crank crank crank, spit,pump, pump, flood, floor then finally start. Yes only 5.5 fuel pressure. Crank and instant start now when hot. No BS with this air cleaner and spacer. Just my application but being honest.

Had to return first one. Damaged and bad chrome. Second one was great. Wish it had a wing nut though.

I mean I'm not saying to much about this. Maybe over priced by 10 to 20 bucks. No hold down nut so be prepared for that the quality is just not there but it will work for what I wanted it for to me it's a $40 air cleaner the chrome is weak if you're looking for a high quality cleaner. look at other ones I'm keeping it because like I said it will do for what I need it for and the shipping was super fast

Decent filter,Inside cap actually has a perforated metal baffle, that should suffice to prevent a "Backfire" fire.only down side at this point is - it is actually ***3.50in. tall. Only the "filter" ITSELF is 2"in. and no screw - nor wing style nut - I only have 3in. for clearance, so had to cut 0.25" of the neck off for 0.50" clearance : See pictures
