The item I received had no front support to prevent sharps container from falling out. Thankfully, my anesthesia provider is MacGyver and used a stylette (blue) to prevent from falling out. Decided not to send back due to the hassle. Already had it installed.

The pictures are for 5 quart containers but the product is for 2 gallon containers. I should have read the description about the 2 gal. I went from the pics (my fault), but these pictures are the wrong product.
