First off, please let me say, or not buy anything from The Ginny's Place. They offer items that are damaged and so not work properly. After I received my PS3 and controller "bundle", it only came with the console, a white controller, and power cord and hdmi cable. In a brown box. Don't let the pictures fool you, it's not I packaging as shown. Description of product, well there really isn't one. Second, I hooked up the PS3 and it had zero sound output. Tried hdmi cables, optical cable, and rca cables. The sound just didn't work. Looking into this more, the unit was only "factory reset", not quality checked. "Damaged in transit", is what I was told. That is why the sound output wasn't working. Next, the white controller that came with my "bundle", all buttons worked besides the X button. Tried charging it for a while, still no function. As shown, the "bundle" shows 3 games, which I received, none! Requested and return label to have PS3 and controller looked at. Next day, printed return label, boxed up PS3 and controller and all the cables, mailed off the unit, and almost a week later have gotten zero replies to my emails to which the console has been received or not. Also emailed about why the "bundle" didn't include games as shown. No description of what is all included in said "bundle". Well, that's why it got 2 stars. Unfortunately I'll have to request a refund through my bank. Still think 2 stars is to much. Be warned, do not purchase from The Gunny's Place. Pictures are attached to show what the "bundle" included. All pictures are just generic advertising pictures. The controller I received was white.
