Used with 20-inch disco ball. Held unit to iron beam with 4-100lb magnets hooked into the 4 screw holes. Very sturdy and worked great. The rotation speed is perfect for a large area.

Bought this for our 20 inch disco ball. It is heavier duty, which you need for bigger balls. We put a chain to the disco ball to drop it down and we hard wired this in the cafeteria ceiling so we only have to take down the ball. It has places to screw it into the ceiling. It worked great.
