I sprayed on my pillow at night before I go to bed. It has a nice calming effect and it does help me to sleep better.

Disappointed. The bottles were half lose and one of them completely open and empty. The second bottle half wasted. Hopefully will get a replacement soon.

After trying this calming spray, I have mixed feelings about it. The scent is pleasant and does provide a sense of relaxation, which I appreciate. However, I found that the scent doesn't last very long, and I had to reapply frequently to maintain the calming effect. In comparison to other brands I have tried, I must admit that this calming spray falls short in terms of longevity. On a positive note, I love that it's a clean product with natural ingredients, which is important to me. While it didn't fully meet my expectations compared to other brands, I do appreciate the effort to provide a natural and non-toxic option for relaxation.

I spray my baby’s swaddle and then do a few sprays before I lay him down and he’s out ! Smells really good!

My baby always has trouble sleeping but she slept 7 hours with this spray. It kept her calm and relaxed. I highly recommend!!
