If you fit large size helmets this will be very snug. Adjusted to the maximum size this is very snug on me. Fortunately, I wont be using for long periods and can put up with that.The face shield would benefit from being a couple of inches longer. Conventional face shields offer better protection to the lower face and neck.Just about adequate for the job. However, at 6 times the price of a traditional helmet combination I would expect it to the excellent, and it's not that.

I am not a professional arborist but I'm a little more than a weekend warrior when it comes to trees. I've been lusting after this helmet for years and finally pulled the trigger.The visibility out of this helmet is almost unbelievable, i almost never had to put the visor up but when I did it was so nice having a two position open and closed as opposed to my old helmet that had a ratchet whit multiple positions none of which were perfect. The ear protection also stores away in the back so intuitively I could believe how often I tucked them back into he helmet out of the way instead of just popped out off my ears.I can't wait for my next tree project.

Really liked every thing about it however after just wearing it for a trial I called a friend and asked him how his men liked them. His reply was that he installed communication speakers in the ear protectors and the muffs need to be deeper and for this reason I'll not upgrade to stuff speakers into this model. It does have all the adjustments. You are wise to read how to adjust the many points.
