Solid setup. Incredibly easy to install, especially over the Energy set which I also ordered for another car. Forget spending hours cutting and burning out the stock rubber bushings, ain't nobody got time for that. Just press out the whole stock assembly and replace with these. Works best with a shop press or the Honda rear trailing arm press tool. Cutouts in the bushing are for sockets to press in the bushings evenly. I found that two identical 15mm 3/8" drive sockets fit perfectly into the cutouts, and putting a steel press plate over that allows you to press it in easily. Make sure you follow the directions to press the old out and the new in, as it's directional (the bushing sleeves are tapered). I'm confident these will hold up and perform much better than stock, they are solid and high quality.Pictures are of stock rubber bushing, the hole after removing the center pin, and my attempt at cutting, dremeling and burning out the old half sleeves to prep for Energy bushing install which I abandoned. Final pic is Prothane bushing installed.

I have used this in my car and friends as well....specifically in DA9s! Perfect! Hugs like rails! Be sure to maintain and regrease once a year!
