Your cart is empty.Prothane's motor mount inserts are crafted out of polyurethane, a material much more durable than rubber that can handle intense weight, heat, and pressure. Designed to fill the voids built into your OE motor mounts, these inserts will drastically increase the power transfer efficiency from your engine to the wheels. Since the voids were initially put there to reduce NVH, it stands to reason that filling in those voids will have the opposite effect. Installing Prothane's motor mount inserts may increase your NVH, but the increase to overall performance is worth it to some drivers. They do slow the movement of the stock motor mounts. But man what a pain to install.

I got these because I was lazy. I should have modified the mounts my self.They might help a slightly modded truck and a harsh driver, but dont expect any reliability. They will mush out. Mine took about a month. I estimate my power to be at about 700ish. S478 over S467, 100% overs 12mm cp3 and all the supporting goodies.

Installed on my 2006 Dodge 2500 4wd 5.9l diesel. Engine was sagging almost to crossmember and leaning forward. Got new oem mounts and these inserts. Amazon said these won't fit my 06 dodge 2500 4wd but they did. Easy to put on the mounts. Little tight install with the inserts but not bad. Should be worth it! Pics shown are the new mounts with inserts installed and one of the worn out mounts.Update - Definitely recommend these. Little extra vibration but immediately got used to it. Can tell it stiffened up the engine a lot. Feels better!

Installing these really sucks, but they definitely stiffened up the motor mounts on my 04.5 Cummins.

These are a good upgrade for the cummins engine, but kind of a pain to get back in but worth the time.
