Before buying Prothane engine mount inserts, I did my research and also found a forum posting with step by step instructions and photos. Excellent fit for 1994 Nissan Pulsar N14 fitted with SR20DE engine. I did have to cut out a section of the insert on each side to be able to fir the retaining bolts. Certainly an improvement in reducing chassis vibration which the previous broken rubber mount was causing.This is a solid mount so there is still chassis vibration. I also ended up extending the centre metal insert using a spring washer to reduce this vibration.
