I ordered this product to use at our new vet clinic to intubate patients under anesthesia. When it came, all the different pieces were just thrown in a box. Some pieces were dented and had light scratches. What they don’t tell you is that it doesn’t come with a battery and it doesn’t come with the “dental tools” listed on the description. It felt like it was cheaply made, not even worth a fraction of what I paid. An important tool such as this needs to be high quality and accurate, as it could be a difference of life or death for a patient under anesthesia. Luckily, Amazon is always amazing about free returns. I didn’t even use it once as I didn’t want to take a chance.
