I bought this toolset after carefully looking at all of the top options on Amazon. This was the highest rated of the top sellers and had virtually everything one might need for basic home repairs. Having purchased I fully agree with other reviewers: very well made tools in a well designed case. Very glad I purchased this.

I busted out laughing, when taking the case out of the Amazon box as tools were rattling around inside the cellophane wrapped case. It reminded of the old saying of "Contents may have shifted during transport". In this case, I believe a former airport baggage handler took special care of this tool set, during transport! When I carefully opened the case, tools went everywhere! "Free at Last" whistled through the house as the socket set rolled away faster than the cars in the Indianapolis 500. It was herding cats time as I chased after the set and tried to corral them all. One tiny socket went into the Witness Protection program as it took me forever to track it down! Finally in it's place, I'm the proud owner of my 259 piece tool set! Yay! The tools appear sturdy enough, during replacement inside the case. Everything except the socket set, snaped into their casing. Now, I'll just have to remember, which side to lay the case down and open it to prevent a rerun at the Brickyard!

Product was a surprise for my husband and he and I loved it. Came with all the fixings and tools that he needed that were neatly placed plus a briefcase to store in, it came with some extra stuff that made him very happy over all great buy!

I compared a lot of kits for my son in a condo needing a lot of tools even if not the best quality. This fit the ticket. Add a few pieces and a rookie DIY for minor repairs will appreciate the compactness and convenience.

I purchased this toolkit for my grandson who recently turned 16 and has taken an interest in taking things apart. My goal was to provide him with the tools to possibly also put things back together using his own tools. I personally think it's an excellent starter kit for a young person who needs to have, use and take care of their own tools. And at a good price! It's also not so large it couldn't be tucked into a trunk or possibly under a seat in a vehicle, as you never know when you might be somewhere and need a tool. It was a very well received gift. Makes for a great B-day present dads.

I recently moved to my new house, and this set tool was amazing for helping me to set different appliances.I should be mentioned, I wish they do a better job on holding the tools in container, it is very nice for the price, but when I open or try to close the box, always two or three of the tools falls. (Combination Plier and Long Nose Pliers) It is not a big deal, and I can hold them, but they could work and improve it for later.The quality and ease of use are very good.

After scouring through countless different tool kit options, I rested on this. It was a gift for my daughter as she headed off to college. One of the best things I've ever received was a set of tools from my father when I was very young - I still use it today! Being a hands-on fellah, my tool collection has grown extensively over the years and I kept that in-mind while shopping for this kit. I feel it has a well-rounded offering of necessary starter tools for living life. Hammer and pliers and drivers - Oh my! Cutter and scissors and sockets - Oh my! It's got a tape measure, combination wrenches, hex wrenches, channel locks, a level, mini screw drivers - a whole load of stuff. It's even got some screws if you need them. The tools secure nicely into its plastic case and they seem like really good quality. Overall, I was very impressed. Might pick up a couple more kits just to keep in the trunks of our vehicles.
