What can you say about a cardboard mailing tube? It's a nice cardboard mailing tube, but I didn't buy it to mail anything. I bought it to use as a storage container for my submersible blender and for that it works perfectly. I use that tool infrequently but wanted to keep it easily accessible, stored upright in a lower kitchen cabinet. I neatly secured the cord then wrapped the whole thing in a flour sack towel and placed it in the tube. I made a nice label then put it in an unused corner of a lower cabinet where it takes up little space but I can get to it easily. I can think of a lot of things that could be stored in these mailing tubes which I saw come in many sizes. I know I'm not the first person to think of that but wanted to mention it. I'm very pleased with this purchase and I'm sure I'll buy more in the future.
