This refill because the other refill we had didn’t work. This one doesn’t work either. Every other staple bunches up.

While I love the Itoya heavy-duty stapler and the ability and ease of changing staple cassettes, I wish the staples were easier to find. None of the office supply stores carry them in store or online. I also wish I could purchase a "variety pack" and get one of each of the four lengths/colors in one package, instead of having to purchase four cassettes of the same length/color.
