The hubby really likes this mat. He used it on his recent fishing trip with our teen and said it was very nice. It is super easy to use and very stable. He said it didn't slide around on him at all. It was easy to clean also. He definitely wants another one of these mats.

This is a large fileting mat that fits larger fish without them making contact with my counter or cutting board. It is thick and durable and easy to clean. However, it is not the best design to make fileting easier. The grip nubs are rounded, so rather than providing friction to prevent the fish from sliding, the scales slide across the nubs. I was able to get it to stay in place when I pressed down at an angle, but this is not a safe way to filet fish. It's almost on the mark, but just difficult enough to not be very functional.

Like the size. Perfect for anything big or small. No more newspapers in layers. Nearly mess free cleaning. Easily hoses off hang to dry. Not flimsy in the least. Holds fish in place easily, slime included😁🤑

This is a perfect cutting board for a small boat to protect your cooler or any other surface. I use it every time! It stores easily on my small boat so I don't have that big cutting board to get in the way when you catch the big one!It also stays put!
