This stuff works good. My system had a massive clog that was moving from one side of the house to the other. A power snake only pushed it around. The clog I suspect was made up of calcium, toilet waste and paper products. This stuff dissolved it, but took a very long time to work,well over an hour. As it clogged the entire system once the clog broke down. A minor tap to the drink exit with my hand allowed it to release. This stuff works,read the directions, don't expect instant results. You may need to use a snake , depending on the clog size.

Proto is dangerous to use. It didn't work for me, even though it's strong stuff. I can't imagine what it did to my pipes!

I went to Home Depot and used what they said was the best-2 bottles later nothing. I went to Lowe's and the same thing. Then good ol' Walmart for another product. Finally tried this and voila! I did let it sit overnight-flushed the drain which did not flow as it should so repeated the process. I live in a trailer and from the kitchen sink to the guest bathroom was plugged and the guest bathroom's sink drain so I think it was a massive stoppage just past the bathroom sink. I couldn't run the dishwasher etc. Rooto took care of the problem but Please READ the instructions.

This stuff is lethal! I used the amount called for and it did not work to unclog my kitchen sink drain. I tried a second application and still nothing. I boiled some water and poured that into the drain. Still nothing so - oh my, I poured a third application into the drain. Wow, explosion! Went onto counter, floor and rug. Ate into the rug and left dark stain on my wood floor. I left alone hoping by morning it would have worked. No such luck. I called the company and they were very nice but could not help except to tell me to call a plumber. No other chemicals can now be put into the drain. As strong as this stuff is, I would have expected it to eat thru anything. I find it too dangerous to ever use again.

Use caution and safty procedures .snaked a week earlier and it cloggedagain. Used this stuff and it has been totally clear fr a few weeks now. Better then anything that you get get at lowes or Home Depot. This was my last hope before calling in a professional plumber.

If you want your drains cleaned this is the stuff....And if you have any problems the seller is amazing they helped me fast none of that voice automated crap.The website said it was a 6 pack but i got a single when i called they were really nice explained that the site was was wrong and they would get my money back and get to keep the item. now i know were im going to be ordering from....
