Bristle Dartboard Hanging: Cut-Away View
Hanging your Bristle dartboard is Simple and Easy with the Pre-installed, Recessed Dart-Stop dartboard Bracket.
- First, Install the dartboard mounting Screw into the Middle Back of your Dartboard
- Then, Hang the dartboard onto the backboard by inserting the dartboard screw Into the Slot of the metal dartboard bracket
When attached, the dartboard Conceals the two backboard Mounting Points.
You can also mount Electronic (e) Dartboards on the Dart-Stop backboard. In this case you will use the Standard Hardware and Mounting Method Provided by the e-dartboard.

Dart-Stop HexTile Backboard Wall Mounting Steps
Step 1: Mount Center/ Dartboard Panel
- Measure up from the floor and make two marks on the wall, one for each wall mounting point
- Drill one hole at each mark. If attaching directly into wood then skip the next step
- For all materials except wood, insert one plastic anchor into each hole
- Insert a screw into each mounting point then line them up with the holes or anchors in the wall
- Lastly, tighten the screws until secure
Each kit includes 1 Center/ Dartboard Panel and 9 Field Tiles.
Both Quick and Detailed Wall Mounting Instructions are Provided. Written in Clear, Easy to Follow English.
All Hardware plus Extra Parts Included.
Step 2: Mount the "Field" Tiles
- Place the first Field Tile above the Center/ Dartboard Panel, aligning it carefully
- Mark the Center hole/ Mounting Location on the wall by inserting a screw and hammering it lightly
- Drill a hole at the mark. If attaching directly into wood then skip the next step
- For all materials except wood, insert a plastic anchor into the hole
- Replace the tile, Insert the screw into the hole then tighten the screw until firm
- Snap on the Screw Cap
Proceed by installing the second Field Tile below the Center/ Dartboard Panel, aligning it carefully. Continue installing Field tiles in this column (vertical series) until the top and bottom of your layout is reached. Continue mounting Field tiles in columns, aligning with the adjacent column tiles.
Each kit includes 9 Field Tiles and 1 Center/ Dartboard Panel.
Multi-Kit Field Tile Layout Planner/ HexTile Grid Included. This is very useful for multi-kit and multi-color installations.
Step 3: Hang the Dartboard
- Begin by installing the provided dartboard screw in the center back of your traditional/ Bristle dartboard until about 1/4 inch sticks out
- Then engage the head of the screw into the slot of the metal dartboard bracket
You may also mount electronic (e)/ soft-tip dartboards; hang them using their standard hardware. It is important to note that soft-tip darts will not stick into the backboard

We installed this on a wall, it gives good coverage, and is fairly easy to install. Kind of pricey, however.

I have received lots of compliments with how well this looks upstairs in the game room. As an unexpected perk, sometimes my cats use the lower edge for scratch posts and the pads still hold up very well.

The attention to detail in the manufacturing of this product is excellent. The step by step mounting manual is very easy and thorough. It explains the fabric grain and the reason of the TOP label. The plastic caps fit nice and snug hiding the head of the screws. Great design Robert!

You like darts…admit it. That’s why you own a dart board or are about to. Stop hiding your dartboard in a wooden box of shame passed off as classy. That wood’s best day is the day you hang it and then it is downhill from there looking gross. Plus, other things hid behind cabinets like that in houses include: plumbing, electrical, other home issues. Protect your walls, save yourself from drywall repairs, display your dart board proudly anywhere in the home because these make the dart area a work of art. Consider the second set of alternate colors, ads a nice effect. I’m decent at darts and within the first game, they already saved me! Also, Robert is no joke. Real craftsman. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

We had a tough time finding a backboard that provided protection for more than just a few inches around the board. The design of the installation process made it easy to hang and it looks great paired with a dart holder and scoreboard. The tiles capture stray darts effectively without leaving a visible mark.
