The Proctor Silex Easy Mix 5-Speed Hand Mixer with Rest Bowl is a budget-friendly and efficient kitchen tool. I appreciate the compact design, and the included rest bowl is a helpful feature, keeping the mixer upright and mess-free when not in use. The five speeds provide enough versatility for a range of tasks, from mixing batters to whipping cream, and it’s powerful enough for everyday baking needs. The lightweight build makes it easy to handle, but it does feel a bit less sturdy compared to higher-end models. Overall, it’s a great option for basic mixing jobs at an affordable price.

This is a nice little mixer But the beaters are really small. You can’t tell in the picture but they’re not the same size as the beaters used to be. I’m thankful that I had my old beaters and they fit in this mixer so I just don’t use the small ones that came with this. The mixer itself is pretty strong but light weight. I’m glad I got it.

I was drawn to the price and the compact size. Sadly, the mixer broke my first time to use it mixing cookie dough.
