NOTHING AGAINST THE SELLER. I have a newer CUH-ZVR2 processor unit and the fan went out. By mistake I ordered the CUH-ZVR1 processor unit. They are not the same. The head set will not turn on. From what I have ascertained from looking around on the web. The new 2 unit is not for sale in the west. Sony playstation website will freeze up whenever you ask for support. I think all of the 2 units for sale on EBAY are probably broken. So, I played on the VR for about 25 to 30 hours and it breaks. I should have listened to my friends and spent my money on a different VR console.

It didn’t even come with a power source to be able to plug it in and use it.

Did not work. Fan broke and no video waste of my time cause I can’t get back to the post office to mail it back. So now I lose my refund. Extra disappointing.

My processor unit stopped working a few weeks ago and I had no idea what to do. I found this one on Amazon with the warranty and decided to try it out. Unit came sooner than expected and looked almost brand new. Works perfectly. Thank you!
