These 9mm dummy rounds are precisely what I needed for safe and effective dry-fire practice. They cycle smoothly through my firearm without issues, and the construction feels durable enough to withstand repeated use. The weight and dimensions are realistic, making them great for training drills, malfunction clearing, and trigger control exercises.I highly recommend these for anyone looking to improve their handling skills without the risk of live ammunition. They are great quality at a reasonable price, and they are definitely a worthwhile purchase!

Rapid cycled 24 rounds through my 12 ga Maverick 88 pump, no issues with feeding or ejection. Hull portion is made from rigid plastic and base is some sort of ferrous steel (sticks to magnet). Pretty durable, haven't even see any firing pin indentation on the rubber "primer" from dry firing.Same OAL and weight as a Federal Premium slug shell I pulled from the box. I check the dimensions of one with my digital caliper - Rim diameter/thickness, mouth diameter are within SAAMI specs for 12 gauge cartridge. The base diameter is 0.795-0.796" - just slightly undesized compare to the sample Federal Premium shotshell (0.805"). Weight is 42.4 grams, about the same as the Federal slug shell (41 g).These seem to be well made dummy shotshells with proper dimensions. A dozen for $26 is well worth the money. And I dig the white colour.

Great for practicing loading and dry firing. Like the white color for safety as I don't know of any real ammo that comes in a white shell.

It's great to familiarize yourself with mechanics and operation of your shot gun. used these for my older children and wife to become comfortable with shotgun operation.

I originally purchased these dummy rounds to practice with my Remington 870 20-gauge shotgun. Unfortunately, the product was incompatible with my gun’s mechanism, with many rounds either failing to eject properly or getting stuck in the receiver. In contrast, my aluminum dummy rounds performed smoothly. Another issue was the use of a steel case head, which I worried might cause faster wear on the extractor compared to softer metals like aluminum or brass.Review Update: After publishing my review, the manufacturer reached out and offered to send an updated version of the 20-gauge dummy rounds. I agreed, and after a few days, I received a new batch that felt noticeably heavier than the originals. This updated version ejects more reliably from my Remington 870, and the added weight doesn't seem to hinder the ejection process.Interestingly, my initial concern over the steel base has shifted. Through further experience, I realized that aluminum dummy rounds tend to get easily nicked and bruised by the extractor and ejector (at least in the 870). In comparison, the steel base has proven more durable. Despite these improvements, since there’s no clear indication if customers will receive the updated design or the original faulty version, I’m hesitant to rate this product higher than three stars.

They're good, but so far they fail to extract a lot otherwise they feed fine

Far too small for use in a weatherby vanguard .308 - don’t load or eject properly - jam and fall completely into barrel. Don’t waste your time.

At 9g these are advertised as being close to actual weight. FMJ 9 mm rounds weighs about 12 grams. To test them, I ran 50 rounds by manually cycling the slide in the following 9mm pistols:Glock 19 second generation, factory 15 rnd mags.Walther PPS M1, factory 8 rnd mag.WWII Walther P38, 8 rnd magAfter a total of 150 rounds I did not encounter a single malfunction. The plastic like bullet heads remained in their proper position in the case and we're not pushed down or pushed in or broken off. They also showed no signs of wear to the "bullets."What I particularly like is the fact that the rounds include replacement firing pin pads and the tool to remove them.I emailed the seller, Booliteye, with a couple questions which were quickly answer. If you're looking for dummy rounds for training purposes I highly recommend these.
