The wheel worked well the first time I used it in a classroom setting. Sometime after that I gave the wheel a little spin at home and noticed that the flapper sound was missing. A little investigation and I found the flapper finger on the tabletop broken off.I suspect someone gave it a good spin and broke it. I would like to simply buy a replacement part but so far I have had trouble reaching out to them through Amazon.I'm not dinging the product too much because I don't know what it took to break it but still...

This is a sturdy little spinner! We used it for Halloween to help create an interactive Trunk or Treat display. The kids had to spin the wheel and then according to the color they spun, that determined the candy they received. These kids took the opportunity to spin hard and this wheel withstood!! Excellent for the money.

Got this for events and definitely worked to get people's attention! Pretty sturdy unit but the colored plastic slats life a little and the "pointer" bends of spun too much in any one direction so make sure you have contestants switch up your they spin. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

We had many kids (and adults) stop by to spin for trying luck and just for fun.Marker works great, and colours are easy to remove and return for clean writing. There is also black paper underneath colours which I would assume can be used for permanent options.Great price and product.I would recommend and if needed I would repurchase.

Five spins and the red plastic pointer at the top broke off and not repairable. The rest of the set is pretty good but basically useless without the pointer. Can not recommend this product.
