Initially, this screen protector worked well, but within a few weeks, the magnetic strength noticeably weakened—especially at the bottom of the screen. A major flaw is that it must be perfectly aligned and fully attached to your Mac’s display; even a slight misalignment causes screen distortion, making it frustrating to use. Given the poor build quality and design limitations, I strongly recommend exploring higher-quality alternatives.

Item came opened, not sure items were missing. Had to use it because I was on a time crunch. Upper part of the screen blocks out the entire top bar of my computer. There are better ones out there.

The size fits well as advertised, and when I close the laptop after installing it, it closes very well. It's neat and works well, so it seems convenient for taking tests.

Easy to install– it magnetically connects to the top corners of your screen. It fit my early 2015 13" Macbook Pro perfectly. I found it a little annoying that there wasn't anything to connect on the bottom corners as well, since one of my bottom corners was flaring out. If the filter is not directly against the screen, it does cause it to be a little blurry in that section. However, the product is reversible– so flipping it around fixed the flare out issue. Still would be nice if there was a bottom attachment point.Initially, I was looking for a product with a camera cover as well, but I like that this product does not cover the camera (there is a large cutout in the top middle) because Apple has reported after-market camera covers are likely to crack the screen. If you were sitting next to someone in economy class on a plane, they might be able to see half your screen. In most coffee shop settings, this does wonders for privacy. Yes, the filter does make it so the laptop does not "close" all the way. However, I've hardly noticed any difference. It does not interfere with putting it away in a carry case or backpack at all.

I don't see much difference between using the built in screen brightness in my laptop and this click on device. It still has a high reflection which I was hoping would be more matte to get rid of screen glare from daylight but it does not do this at all.It connects easily to my laptop via the magnets. Bought it for a 13" Macbook and it fits perfectly.Whilst it does offer privacy, you need to have the screen directly facing you to see the screen or it is shaded quite a bit, which can be annoying at times, but at least the privacy aspect works. If you are only looking for a privacy screen, this will work for you.

This is perfect! With so much light and screen light constantly reflecting into my eyes, I felt like I was always seeing stars from flash bulbs! But with my new screen protector, it instantly relaxed my eyes, and I could focus on seeing/reading what was on my screen, and stopped squinting so much. It’s not black-out privacy, more like dimmed privacy. You’d feel you have to look directly at the screen to see what’s happening. But you can still see that windows are open, if a big image, you’d see the image but no clearly.Magnet part... Love it! Easy on/off. Though I am leaving it on more than off. I guess I’d need a folder to keep it nice if I do keep it off for a period. The magnet is only the top, so I have to smooth the screen so the bottom edge sticks too. There’s no magnet on the bottom, but just a little static cling does the job. You know you need to do this if the bottom of your screen seems blurry. It’s clear if the screen is flat against the screen. Doesn’t take much gently rub to push out air pockets and encourage what little static electricity is generated from that to make it cling.I don’t know if a bit of tiny magnets on the bottom corners would make up the difference. But it’s not a deal breaker. The finish is a matte finished screen. And dimmed, not clear. I find the resolution worthy. Glossy makes all resolutions more crisp. And this one doesn’t dull noticeably. I still feel crispness, just not quite as it would be in gloss natural screen and less bright. Comfortably bright. 🙂
