Your cart is empty.This is a floor and jamb mounted bottom pivot bracket. Typically used on Acme bi-fold doors and a variety of other door manufacturers. Constructed from stamped steel and comes with a zinc plated finish. It features an adjustable self-lubricating nylon bushing. Can be used on doors 1 inch to 1-3/8 inch thick. The maximum safe weight capacity is 50 lbs. per door. All the necessary mounting hardware is included for a quick and easy installation.

We had a basement sewer flood so needed to replace all the bi-fold door pivot brackets. These are just the same as the ones we installed many years ago.

In the kit were two shorter screws and one longer one. I need two of the longer screws for my application, so it would be helpful if either one extra long screw is included or all of them are longer. I will have to find or buy a longer screw elsewhere.I would re-use the existing screws from the old bracket, but they are short and no longer stay tight.On the good side, there are no screws shown in the product image, so what we received has three.I am pleased to see a Philips-head fitting on the adjustment screw on the product we received unlike the hex nut only in the product image. Makes adjusting easier as there are two ways to loosen and tighten the fitting.A good value at about $4.50 at the time of our review.
