Works well, was easy for me to install (I have installed around 50 toilets in my life time). It seals well and keeps the poodoo going down the hole and not on to your floor.

Great wax rings and fairly priced. I especially like the johnny bolts it brings with a ring that secures them from moving. This makes your toilet installations a walk in the park.

No good plumber will sell or tell you to use a silicone ring, we have been using wax rings for decades, cheap to replace, last for decades if installed correctly.

The wax ring, screws, washers and everything you need to stop toilet leak. The previous ring was paper thin or completely gone. My tenants wanted a new toilet. I knew it was unnecessary.

This item worked perfectly. Not much to say, as it is a simple, standard item. I like that it came with new screws, so I could replace the old, rusted screws at the same time.

What can I say. I knew how to change it out for the old leaky one so easy to install, and now the toilet doesnt leak. Perfect in my book.

Seems like time has stood still that we continue to use wax, but we do because it is simply the best material for this application. Always confirms the right way. No hassle, fuss or leaks!
