What I love about this set is that there are so many different heads on chocolate dipping forks. There are 10 in all, each one different and works for many different shapes when I make my artisan chocolates for special occasions. Decent quality, and a very good value for the price. That's about $2 per fork. These are perfect for the causal chocolatier to hand dip truffles, squares and rectangles.

The description lists fondue as one of the uses for these, they are nowhere near long enough for fondue. That's what I ordered them for, so I was disappointed about that. What they are excellent for is dipping candy, cake balls, etc in melted chocolate or candy bark. I wish some sort of guide came with these to show what each is best used for. These will come in handy when getting ready for baby/wedding showers, holidays, etc. I've had them one day and my daughter borrowed them to dip her cake balls. They are quite short, they won't work if your chocolate is in a tall container like a small crockpot, docked a star for that. Otherwise, the plastic is rigid and the metal is on the thicker side, the metal seems well attached to the plastic handles and I think these will last long enough to justify $7.19 for the set. One good thing about the small size is easy storage!
