304 Stainless steel 1/4" NPT water connection and included 1/4" quick connect tank ball valve.

Stainless steel air valve (schrader valve).

Triple coated carbon steel shell for durability and years of rust free service.

This tank is a key component in a reverse osmosis (RO) system, providing clean, fresh water for your refrigerator, ice maker, and other applications. It stores purified water produced by the RO system and delivers it at a consistent pressure.

Key Features:

  • Durable Construction: The tank features a cold-rolled carbon steel shell for superior strength and longevity. To prevent rust and corrosion, the tank is triple-coated for years of reliable service.
  • Premium Materials: The tank utilizes a 304 stainless steel male NPT connection for secure plumbing connections. It also boasts a high-grade butyl diaphragm and a polypropylene liner, both of which are rated safe for drinking water storage. The butyl diaphragm separates the air chamber from the water chamber, ensuring the water you consume is never in contact with air.
  • Pre-pressurized for Convenience: The tank comes pre-charged to 7 psi (pounds per square inch), eliminating the need for manual pressurization before installation. This pre-charge ensures proper water flow from the tank to your RO system.

I use it as a RO storage tank under the counter.

I ordered the 1 gal tank. It just looked small….measured 5-1/2” dia x 6-1/2” length (generous measurements!). That’s 2/3 gallon gross. The useable capacity will be much less. This is NOT what is stated in the literature. Looked well constructed but I didn’t connect it, just sent it back.

Its so much better having a 10 gallon compared to the typical 3 gallon. We've used it for a week now with no issues.

I was disappointed in this storage tank, first it does not store anywhere near was the rated capacity advertised.Second, it has no air fill port to allow the user to check the pressure and top off as needed.Third, its crazy expensive comparing to others on the market.I would have returned it if I had not been outside the return period.

Decided on this tank to replace old RO system tank with ruptured bladder. Fits nicely in cabinet under kitchen sink. A bit smaller than original tank, but still meets required water needs easily. Simple install, no leaks, and performance is flawless. Very happy with the prices and size selection available to choose. Wish a tank stand was included to help keep things a bit more stable. Strapping is done easily though, providing you have access to a sidewall in your installation. All in all this is a great product well worth 5 stars. I highly recommend.

great mega buffer for my RODI clean side since I sized it at 200% of my instantaneous need at any given time(1 gallon drink jug and possibly filtered water in 1 gallon jugs for projects) but the integrated feet for sitting are a bit small for making it stable on imperfect surfacesonce full it is very stable and feels like it can't explode or even get dented in normal use on the clean side of a RODI setupI am an idiot, I was just browsing again and noticed the durable plastic bit that seemed like a cap for the 1/4npt port is actually intended to become the stand for the tank after shipping and install, should have guessed since it is a very dense plastic you wouldn't waste as just packaging materialso far so good, it holds pressure very well through almost all of it's rated capacity and somehow is almost a stable pressure despite the fact that the pre-charge nitrogen MUST be reaching higher pressuresfirst visit to family so unknown if it is ok for a week but assuming it is still holding water when I get back, I can be confident in this part of my RODI filter setup, only really concerned over the input line bursting anyway or the plastic tank from another seller I use as a water hammer damper at 80psi when it says 60psi max, but that is always conservative ratings, it almost certainly has a burst rating 2-3x that

This is listed appx 6 gallons usable. This is dependent on incoming water pressure. I have a regulator on my home water line set at 70psi and after all night refill after the second flush of the new tank I measured the amount of RO water the thank holds at 70 psi fill pressure, which was 3.75 gallons. This is to be expected with these type of tanks. There is a diaphragm in the center with 8 psi of nitrogen or just air depending on the manufacture below and your incoming RO water on top. The incoming water pressure pushed the diaphragm down against the gas pressure. When you used the water the gas pushes the diaphragm up sending the water out the faucet. With the narrow tall shape I assume the diaphragm is closer to the top as it must be completely pushed up to the outlet when empty of water. The placement of the diaphragm (surmising) reduces the amount of water that the thank can hold compared to a short stout tank. This is fine for me, I needed the narrow tall tank to fit my space and it has more than doubled what the 3.x gallon tank could provide, which it replaced. If incoming water pressure is more than 70 psi (max is 100 for this tank) I would bet it holds closer to what is advertised. This was a simple swap with the existing tank and does everything it is supposed to do. Just keep the fact you will probably NOT get 6 gallons our of this tank especially if you are on a well or other low pressure system. Hope that helps set expectations and you are not disappointed.

Easy to setup. Bought the 10 gallon to upsize a 4.5 gallon. Very easy to swap out and then let it fill and drain 3 times before using. The extra capacity is exactly what we needed for a family of 5, and sometime a few guests.

Quality unit no doubt, however, the advertising says 6gal. My initial test shows it ran out of water after 5gal. Still better than the little 3gal, but not 6. Perhaps this will change as the unit is broken in.
