It’s perfect for what I wanted it for, to connect my monitor with my studio speakers, would recommend for anyone who want to use their bigs for gaming & no interface to connect them to.

Worked good for a few weeks then all of a sudden no more sound? Says it’s connected but it doesn’t give off sound? Tried syncing to iPhone and also gave no sound? Might be defective will return and try again because I enjoyed it while it was good but if I get another faulty one I’ll stay away from these until a newer version comes out or head to Kali audio and try their slightly more expensive model. If all goes well and works I’ll come back and update my review.Might not work on your tv Bluetooth if you have an older model tv.

Mi piace molto, ma col senno di poi non spenderei più così tanto per la microstation, ma questa è una cosa mia....

I use this unit like a mixer between my Mac and PC, and to monitor instrument recording to the Mac.This is a very high quality, quiet and useful device. With this controller I found an efficient way to connect my iPad and iPhone to my powered studio speakers via Bluetooth as well. I really enjoy adjusting the overall output to speakers and headphones with the easy to reach volume knob. I simply adjust the individual input volumes from both computers into the controller to attain the output mix I want to the speakers or headphones. Very high build quality. This unit will make it very easy to add any model subwoofer to my studio monitor system in future. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I plugged in the pins from the Xlr connectors to my 8 inch KRK speakers then I put a 1/8 cable into audio in and plugged in the other end to the headphone jack of my controller for the Sony play station 5 and I finally could hear my games on the speakers and control the volume. It has the advantage of being bluetooth so I can piar to it with my cell phone. So far this is just great and at a very reasonable price in my opinion.

This PreSonus monitor controller is not ideal for studio or professional use but serves adequately for HiFi applications. The micro BT station proves suitable for a 2.1 home theatre setup or small stereo speakers lacking bass, given its absence of a bass cutoff feature. However, disappointingly, when connected to a subwoofer, the monitors pass through without any bass roll-off. I found a noticeable loss in audio quality compared to directly connecting my monitors to the sound card, which was a letdown. On a positive note, the Bluetooth feature adds wireless audio capability to a stereo or 2.1 setup, making it a convenient option for those seeking wireless flexibility.

Especially handy for adding subwoofer if your system does not have a sub out. Mute function. Best part is this has TRS in/out. If you don't know what that means, don't sweat it but understand that TRS = good or professional-level. TRS cables and adaptors are more expensive but much, much quieter and reject noise like RF interference.Box is metal, great quality. Quality D/A conversion. Bluetooth reception is great but, as with seemingly all BT receivers, volume is a bit low, so I added on a line-level volume booster https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0945RFJ6Z after this device and before my receiver. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: Even using a specifically 5V power adapter still has the weird high pitched noise. I don't know how to remedy it.First off, the design is nice and compact. I love how they added their lit up logo on the top; I have multiple presonus products so you'll see that lit up logo all around my desk. everything you need to control your monitors and sub are on the top, and the ports on the back are sturdy and easy to understand. The sound quality is pretty much the same if not that, as plugging it through direct to the speakers. There is one specific thing you (in my opinion) NEED to do if you want to use it correctly though. I would advise AGAINST plugging it into your PC or a USB Hub. This is only a controller and there's no drivers necessary so you wouldn't need to do that anyway. What I HIGHLY recommend to do, however, is to make sure you plug your usb cable into a power brick, say for an iPhone or something similar, that is SPECIFICALLY 5 volts. You'll notice on the back where the USB C power port is that it even says DC=5V. If you plug into a powered USB hub, or into the back of your computer, Or pretty much (from my experience) into ANYTHING that is NOT specifically 5 Volts, you will get this faint but audible high pitched squealing when you have the volume knob at 3 and 9 o'clock. And I know it has to do with the power because you'll hear the same noise even if you have everything BUT the power usb cable plugged in. So, if you have any of those mini apple chargers left over, use that to plug in the USB since those are rated for 5V only. The sound should be pretty much entirely gone when you do this. That is the only little quirk about this device, othewise I think it's a great product and perfect if you have your interface somewhere a little farther out of reach. Being able to pair your phone to your monitors through this box is also an additonal bonus as well if you just want to listen to music off your phone on your system. I personally use this paired with presonus eris e5 monitors and their eris sub8 subwoofer. The sub bypass button is really handy as well if you don't want to have the low end extension for certain listening purposes.
