I ordered this item 4 weeks ago. It arrived missing the left side panel and a few other minor parts. I called the manufacturer (PREPAC) and ordered the missing parts. But they have still not arrived. Emails from UPS keep pushing the delivery date further into the future. The item is apparently made in British Columbia, Canada and is being shipped by truck with very low priority. I am becoming doubtful that I will ever receive the correct parts to complete its construction. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PREPAC!!

I was trying to order the Pottery Barn market bins. These are similar dimensions and waaaaay better value in my opinion. Delivery was a full week faster than promised and quality and construction process was better than expected given overall price. They are not the best quality in terms of materials (not as good as pottery barn, slightly less quality than say IKEA) but for the price I am one happy customer. Ideal for what I had in mind. Highly recommended as a storage structure if it isn’t moved or abused too much.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. First if all, it’s not made of wood. It’s particle board. Second of all, the installation and parts are a joke. I’ve put together a lot of things over the years and this is by far the worst thing I’ve ever worked on. And that’s saying something. The boards break easily. The pieces and screws don’t even fit properly. And some of it just keeps falling apart. Steer clear of this and probably also this manufacture.

Great option for toy storage without having a “toy box” in a common area of your house. Had a damaged piece but got a replacement part quickly from the manufacturer.

I was so excited to get this storage cube to use as an entryway bench/storage cubby for kids shoes and stuff. We assembled it and we have used it for only a week and a screw has already popped through the particle board top. It’s basically ruined now.
