Didn’t dislike anything. Well made shiny non staining metal tool. Easy to use and clean. I made a 6 helping batch in minutes on my first try. Noodles are uniformly sized and not too big. The included scoop is very handy even for other cooking.

Easy to use! My dad would have loved this. He made spaetzle the old fashion way by cutting individual pieces directly into boiling water from a cutting board and dipping the knife into the hot water in between cuts. He called them lead balls!

This makes making Spätzle so quick and easy, the longest part is waiting for the water to boil. I was worried about the steam cooking the dough onto the maker and clogging the holes, but that is not the case at all. The only two cons I have is that the edges are sharp, so you gotta be careful cleaning it, and if you don't put enough pressure in it while moving it back and forth (which, don't get me wrong, didn't rewrite much!), you end up pushing some dough off the edge and down the side of the hot pot. BUT, I love it still because it makes the process quick and easy and is pretty easy to clean. Also, it holds a good amount of dough (more than it looks!), enough for a family. Recommend 100%
