Cleaning Method
- Please soak the cup firstly, then add neutral detergent to start cleaning. The 100s mode(double press) makes cleaning easier.
- Odor is a common issue with protein shaker bottles, as protein powder is prone to fermentation. After cleaning, air dry the cup and do not tighten the lid, the problem will be greatly improved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can the electric shaker bottle mix fruits and ice?
A1: NO! It is NOT suitable for fruits or ice but suitable for various powdered beverages.
Q2: If the base has power but suddenly stops blending within a few seconds with a light flashing, how should I troubleshoot this?
A2: Thick liquid or solid food triggers protection mode --- please dilute liquid or remove solid food, charge for 30s, then restart.
Q3: How to deal with the odor in the cup after using it for a while?
A3: Please soak the cup in water for a while before cleaning, then initiating a 100s cleaning mode after adding detergent. Air dry the cup and do not tighten the lid, the odor problem will be greatly improved. (Bottle and lid are dishwasher safe.)
Note: The motor base can be wiped with a wet towel, but it is forbidden to rinse or soak it with water.
Q4: Can I use the protein shaker bottle when charging?
A4: NO! The motor has a safety design that prevents stirring during charging.
Q5: Is there a recommended mixing ratio for protein powder and liquid?
A5: Up to 3 scoops (80g) of protein powder to 16oz liquid.

So good I bought 2. Only bottle I found that had the carry ring, lid lock and the motor. Would be 4 star but dropped one for customer service. I ordered the aqua coloured bottle twice and one time it got lost, the other time my order was cancelled.

When I bought this, I figured it was a cute novelty for my kids who love their protein drinks between workouts. I figured they could always just shake it if the electric mixing feature was weak. Well.... It is not weak! It's awesome! They love how thoroughly it mixes their drink, and how there's no grittiness left at all. Great little addition to their arsenal of fitness and nutrition equipment.

I’m really really disappointed in this product — the concept is amazing for folks who drink protein shakes daily, and I was SO excited for it to arrive. Unfortunately, this product dies almost immediately. It doesn’t even make it through a full cycle of mixing before the battery blinks red and it needs to be plugged in again. I am super disappointed — if this is the product you’re in the market for, definitely don’t buy this specific model.

This is a good product I wish the charge lasted longer but it works well and does the job I was sent a replacement bottle ans the battery/motor on that one seems to work better so thank you for that I lile the design and overall look

El motor no tiene varias funciones al apretar el boton de encendido, solo prende y apaga. El enunciado describe diferentes funciones al dejar apretado el boton o apretarlo 2 veces y no hace nada de eso. Se devuelve el producto por falso enunciado.

I really like this shaker. It feels premium, has a fantastic texture that I am a fan of which doesn't make me think it's going to slip from my hand. The lid is well made and I am totally digging the spring loaded flip up option. I use Blender Bottle brand bottles and they're great, but this is just a bit better.Capacity is down a little from Blender Bottles, but not terribly significant. Maybe 2-4oz. I know it says 24 oz but that's probably filled to the top with the lid on.The base gives the bottle added height, which I like but made me feel like it was smaller overall without it than I'd imagined. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. I've used it for a few days and tend to just keep the power base attached.The blending action has worked great so far. From mixing Warrior Blend vegan protein from Walmart to Veg Pro from Steel which is one of the best blending powders on the market. I even mixed a scoop of each together, in both almond milk and water, works very well.The battery charge is the only downside. From a full charge (which takes about an hour or so) I'm getting about 4-5 spin cycles out of it. That's the 1 and only objective detractor. I wish it were more, but eh, not a big deal.TLDR:Pros: Well made, blends/cleans very well (blend to clean with soapy water even), feels premiumCons: Battery EnduranceFinal verdict: Happy Buyer :)

I have 2 of these shakers. I ordered one a year ago and had no issues and ordered another one recently. The motor base is missing a top part, you can see all mechanism inside the one on the left. Doesn't light up when turned on obviously.Other than that it's a great blender. I use it for protein powder, glutamine and sometimes to mix alcohol drinks WITHOUT ice of course.

It was great for the first three weeks. Now it doesn't work. You press the button to blend, and it doesn't start. You plug it in and everything lights up like it's working fine and it's fully charged, but the blending mechanism, the most important part of the item, doesn't work. I've removed the base while cleaning. Don't recommend anyone to purchase this.
