1 . Please note: floor can't be carpet
floor must be flat and hard surface, tile floor is the best !
wood floor and cement floor are ok. but, if the scale isn't accurate on them, please place it on tile floor and try again, because it's probably there's something wrong with wood floor and cement floor
2 . Only weigh after figure is zero
a. step on the scale, and step off after light is on
b. wait till figure is zero
c. step on again, figure will flicer, wait till figure is stationary,figure at that time is your actual weight

3 . lf you move the scale, make sure the scale is still on flat and hard surface. again, make sure the scale is off before you weigh
4 . The scale has no switch of on/off, it'll be on automatically after you step on, and it'll be off automatically after you step off
5 . In some cases, there's error. error range is +500g, we promise error is within it
MISUNDERSTANDING :
when you step on the scale and see your weight figure, you want to see if figure will increase after you pick up one item, unfortunately, you'll see figure is still same
please don't think the scale inaccurate, because figure is locked at that time. if you want to know total weight, please step off; after the scale is off, step on; after the scale is on, step off; after figure is zero, step on and wait till figure is stationary, you'l see weight is more than before (pre-condition is this item is more than 50g)

*EDITThe seller reached out to me and offered a replacement. The new one works much better, and offers consistent weight accuracy. I appreciate the sellers customer service and willingness to send another one to ensure that the previous one was not faulty.The scale accuracy is not great. In the morning it will say one weight but in the evening, or even moments after, it’ll say a different weight. While this is not a drastic issue, it is still slightly annoying as you’d typically prefer to see your actual weight. It is easy to use and looks nice.

It is accurate to show what weight you really have. It shows the temperature of the room. The temperature doest show the degrees of the temperature it shows Celsius.
