Oil is great; however, my syringe was cracked during shipment and I had a mess to clean up when I filled the syringe due to the crack in the side of the plunger. What a mess. Will I buy again? No.

If you are looking to buy some silicone lubricant for your treadmill, get this one. Not only is it good for multiple applications at 16 ounces, but it comes with the long syringe to make application very easy. I would get this again just for that!

I am happy with the lubricating oil because the cross trainer no longer make a lot of noise. I got kind of used to the noise but remained conscious of the fact that the noise was part of a bigger problem in that the lubricating oil I used before was not working satisfactorily.Now I can hear the music better and I know wear to the machine will now be reduced.
