The Premier brand aluminum access door is lightweight and can be used in walls or ceilings. The aluminum door panel is insulated making it perfect for exterior use. The door has gasketing between the door and frame creating a tight fit.
The rough opening in the wall should be 14-3/8" x 14-3/8"

These access doors are being used on a stucco wall that reaches the inside of a sunk-in jacuzzi tub. They fit in the construction/studs well.
