Maximize your chance of pregnancy with accurate ovulation prediction. Identify the best time to conceive. Get pregnant faster.

Test procedure: Dip the test into the urine for 3-5 seconds

Determine your most fertile days

Pregmate ovulation tests detect levels of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in urine.

Test procedure

  • Dip the test into the urine for 5 seconds
  • Lay the strip flat
  • Read results in 5 minutes

Positive

If two lines are visible and the test line is equal to or darker than the control line, one will probably ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. Make love over the next 2 days following the first positive test result to maximize your chances of becoming pregnant.

A positive result indicates the presence of a high amount of Luteinizing Hormone or LH surge.

Negative: One line appears in the control area or the test line is lighter than the control line.

Negative

Only one line appears in the control area or the test line is lighter than the control line. This means there is no LH surge.

Identify the best time to conceive

What is LH surge?

Luteinizing Hormone (LH) is one of the hormones produced by the pituitary gland. It is secreted at very low levels throughout your menstrual cycle. Once a developing egg follicle reaches a certain size, Luteinizing Hormone secretion surges to high levels. This hormone surge is what triggers ovulation about 24 to 48 hours later.

Ovulation is the release of a mature egg from the ovary. It signals the beginning of your fertile period.

If your cycle length is normally 26 days, the chart indicates testing should begin on day 10.

When to begin testing?

Determine the length of your menstrual cycle before test (The length of the cycle is the duration from your first menstrual bleeding day to the day before the next bleeding begins).

Please refer to the cycle chart to determine when you should start testing. If you do not know your cycle length, you may begin the test 11 days after your first period, since the average cycle length is 28 days.

Example: If your cycle length is normally 26 days, the chart indicates testing should begin on day 10.

Confirm pregnancy early and quickly

Pregmate pregnancy tests detect human pregnancy hormone in urine. This hormone is produced by the cells of the embryo that will later form the placenta.

If pregnancy hormone is present in your urine, you'll have a positive test result.

The average implantation time is 9 days past ovulation. It takes 2-3 days after implantation for the embryo to make enough hormone for a home pregnancy test to work. That means the majority of women will not get a positive until 11 days past ovulation.

These tests work really well and they are priced very reasonably.

I used this for my first two pregnancies. My cycle is a bit irregular so it was really important for me to track. The first time I tracked for my first pregnancy, it worked and I thank pregmate for helping to make me a mother. I got the kit to help me track my cycle for conceiving my second child. The second time I used it, I became pregnant. The results showed at 10DPO, 5 days before my missed period. This is just as good as the expensive FRER tests. It was also nice to be able to track the line progression daily. The lines unfortunately never got very dark and my second pregnancy resulted in an early miscarriage, but nonetheless, pregmate helped me monitor that progress in a way that other tests would not have been able to. Still using the strips daily as we continue to TTC.

I finally got a positive test thanks to using these strips. Cell phone app makes it so much easier to keep track.

This is my second year buying the ovulation and pregnancy test strips from Pregmate. They are extremely affordable for the quantity and super easy to use! My only complaint is that sometimes it's very hard to decode a negative from a positive if you are super close in your LH surge window- sometimes I test 6 times in two days just to make sure I don't miss it. I feel like this goes for many LH surge test strips, however- so unless you shell out bigger bucks for a at-home lab device, these are great for your wallet and to track your own cycle.

If you are trying to track your ovulation period these will be a great resource for your data collection. If you download their app it will help you determine test results. You do have dip all the way to the max line or you will get no result due to over or under saturation. Really great and would definitely recommend! Have yet to use the pregnancy test but the ovulation tests are phenomenal!

We've been trying to get pregnant for several months. I have a period/ovulation tracker app and start using these at least a couple days before my tracker says I'll be ovulating. There's a dark control line, and when you're not close to ovulating, the second line will be light. As you're about to ovulate, you'll be able to clearly see the second line is as dark as the control line, indicating you should have intercourse. Once you have ovulated, the second line will appear light again. As I'm close to ovulating, I use these at least twice a day. I believe it is accurate as it coincides my with period/ovulation tracker. I'm glad this brand is very cheap compared to the ones you get elsewhere. You don't need the fancy digital ones, these are great. Good luck to everyone that is trying to conceive!

I have been using this kit for a few days. So far I have only used the ovulation strips. I have yet to have a positive one but they are so easy to use and read which is awesome! This kit is perfect because it comes with ovulation strips and pregnancy tests. And it is so much cheaper than the ones at cvs which is a huge plus if it takes a few months to conceive. The directions are really clear and the tests are easy to read. If you use the glow app to track your ovulation you can take a picture of the test and the app tells you the results. Overall I would recommend these!***Update: when I first started using the ovulation strips It was right around the time I was supposed to ovulate based on an app I was using. I never got a positive test so was skeptical. But The next month I started using them again and they worked great. After a few days I got a positive ovulation test so I knew I would ovulate the next day. The test was very clearly positive, so I didn't have to second guess if it was or not. About a week after ovulation I took one of the pregnancy tests that came with the ovulation strips. That was negative but it was way too early but its so hard to wait! I took another pregnancy a few days later and it was positive! I verified with 2 clear blue pregnancy tests. Which were both positive as well.Overall this is a great product for the price! Both tests worked great and the results were always very clear. They helped me know the exact day I ovulate and I only used them for one month before I got pregnant!

When I have a good experience, I do feel the need to come write a review. The LH sticks in this kit worked great. Follow the instructions-- read at five minutes. Many of my tests would be very close to positive if I let them sit longer before reading. My positive LH strip was CLEAR AS DAY. That day, we had alone time (wink wink).Fast forward by about nine days. I of course have been using the HPTs. At about 8 dpo, they change from stark white to the faintest shadow. FRER is negative. At 9 dpo, they are slighter darker shadow lines. FRER negative. 10 dpo, I'm out of pregmate (don't judge me) but lo and behold FRER has a faint line. I'm pretty impressed that these detected before FRER. The negatives were white. The "shadow lines" all showed in about five minutes. ******Edited to add, yes, definitely pregnant. WOW, early detectors! Thanks for a great product!***Also wanted to point out... I've had to struggle to conceive two of my kids, and have done a lot of reading. Not everyone's LH levels are the same. If for some reason you aren't getting a positive with these, try finding an LH stick brand that has a lower sensitivity (goes positive with less LH.) OR you can get used to these and read your darkest one as the positive.
