Great little box for my office. However, the metal rods each had one side bent in too far to actually hang them on the box. My husband had to get the pliers and bend both rods back into shape. Otherwise, seems pretty sturdy and I don't have any concerns for my light usage.

These are so wonderful! I use them for file/office storage and they fit well on my shelves. It’s a nice, neutral color that goes well with most decor. Perfect organizational tote for what I needed. I purchased them a couple months ago, with regular use since, and they show no signs of wear and are still functioning as they should be.

These boxes provide an easy and affordable solution to getting all your paperwork organized.We are homeschooling our little girl and even in this digital age, we ended up with an insane amount of paperwork all over the place! These boxes combined with hanging file folders (bought separately) are the perfect solution. The boxes are sturdy and they take less than a minute to unfold and set up.{For those interested: the file folders were bought on Amazon as well. These boxes are Letter Size, so we bought the Pendaflex Hanging File Folders, Letter Size, Assorted Colors. They work well together.}

I received this file box today and assembled it, assembly was simple. There is no smell, and the item was in new condition and looks nice.My only issue is that once I filled the file box, the metal file rods were bending in a little on all four attachments, so the weight of the file folders is too much for the fabric frame. I had enough files to fill the box so it wasn't overfilled and the size was perfect. I do not have my penda files filled with a lot.This is why I am returning it, otherwise if you have lighter files this may work for you.I am going to get a metal or plastic file holder; maybe not as nice looking but will hold up better over time.

The boxes seem ok and the size is as described. They do have a terrible smell to them which is why I am giving 2 stars.

The quality is terrible. The metal side rails are packaged and shipped resting against the front walls of the box, so clearly they are going to get damaged along the way. And that is exactly how it arrived, with one side of each outer wall of the box fabric all ripped up. Then the smell. Once you open it, it's overpowering. the smell took over the whole room, and even after days of airing it out, the box STILL reeked. No thanks, back it went.
