No problem with my products. Only complaints I have is that my deliveries keeps going to our mailbox . Our mailbox is a 1/4 mile from the house. Mailbox is on an open road where it could be stolen. Pls straighten this out. Thanks

The size of the link on the chain is not too small, but dainty. Just what I need. The O rings are varied in 5 sizes, the tools are a plus. Wonderful i was impressed and will buy this again, OPount product.

Even without the three tools (pliers, tweezers, ring-opener) the chain, jump-rings and lobster clasps are a good price - which is why I gave it 5 stars, even though the tools are sub-par IMO. The tweezers were bent considerably, the pliers are inferior quality (cutting edge doesn't line up, tip doesn't close all the way, flat part is not flat but ragged and covered in black goo - OK for coarse work but not for jewelry); the ring opener fits only a very slim finger, and only has two slots - quite large, and very thin (my other ring openers have 4 slots in useful widths). As for the jewelry findings: both chains are bright colored, and match the jump-rings and clasps perfectly. Listing says "lobster clasps of various sizes", but they are all one size, not tiny, are a suitable size - I received 40. Listing says 960 jump-rings; I received 1,081 (gold-tone/silver-tone: 4mm 185/207; 5mm 173/178; 6mm 89/87; 8mm 42/44; 10mm 22/21). Chain: I received 32'10" of each, so slightly more than the list 65'. It is a nice, dainty chain, perfect for the 8mm pendants I bought them for. The silver-tone chain was in two pieces, joined with a jump-ring. Several links in each color were deformed, and melded together. But overall, I am satisfied with the findings of this set - the price is considerably better than anything else I looked at.

Although I have not as yet used any of this kit, I have examined it and as far as I can see everything is there and is as expected, I intend to combine it with my resin hobby and make necklaces an bracelets. Seems to be useful bit of kit, and although I have not bought anything like this before I feel it is definitely worth the price

I made jewelry for my daughter thinking at least it would keep its color for a few uses. One use and the whole thing turned this ugly blackish color. I'm sad for my daughter who was so excited to be able to wear her charms. She cried as if she had done something to ruin them. It was heartbreaking.

I brought this for my 14yrd son because he wanted to make some chains to wear. He found it very easy to use. The only down side is the metal turned his neck green.

The product itself was fine, but the case it comes in is too thin and doesn't stay closed so it's easy for things to fall out of the compartments. Plus one of the compartments was broken which I didn't know until i unwrapped the box. Little gold rings went everywhere. That was annoying because they were the tiny ones. Fir shopping purposes, it would be great if they would put this item in a sturdier box or wrap it better. Other than that, it's a good purchase.
