Was a bit difficult to put together, but that was more of a "me-issue". After the assembly was complete, it was hard to get me out of it!Another thing to note is the massage feature is actually high quality. You WILL feel it! My hopes were not high, as many chairs with the "massage feature" is nothing more than a "vibrating buzz". But this chair isn't like that at all!The ONLY downside is the cup holder is quite shallow (it could hold a mug). I wouldn't trust much else, but that is because I am clumsy and am always knocking things over.

It’s soft and plush and the outside is leather but the motions have 4 positions not 3 I guess the first two are sitting positions and if you do fall asleep in this chair you could lay all the way back with your feet up I have the height adjusted one so when propped up you are in an elevated seat unless your taller than 6’6 doubt your feet will touch the ground this chair is amazing for starting a home theatre too

I purchased this gaming chair for my son who is 5’ - 10” tall and weighs 235 lbs. he finds it very uncomfortable on the lower back. The seat has very little padding, being heavy, it feels like he is sitting on a piece of plywood. We discussed returning the chair but no longer have the box and the return fees are too costly. Thank you all and have a great day.

Kid loves it and will only choose the couch or a recliner over this. He has 3 gaming chairs and this one is his favorite. He likes that it reclines, has a side pocket and a cup holder. I’m not sure if he uses the massage option that much but when we did turn it one, it wasn’t too loud. It’s very sturdy and built well. The padding is comfortable and is lasting a long time still. He’s had it a year. Every year for Christmas he asks for a new gaming chair because he ends up not liking the one he got but he didn’t ask for one this year. He’s happy with it.

It’s a really good chair. The massage function works really well for my lower and middle back and offers different settings, its also overall pretty simple to assemble. The only issues I’ve found so far is the screws for the armrest were hard to put in and did not want to screw in; the chair is a bit on the smaller side, I’m 5’7 and I’m almost too tall for the chair; and the cup holder is shallow, it’s approximately 1 1/2 inch deep; and the chairs adjustment levers are a bit inconveniently placed. However the chair is super comfortable, you can sit in this chair for an extended period of time and still be comfortable, and it offers a convenient pouch on the left side to store the remote or other items, I definitely recommend this chair.

Well the product was pretty easy to assemble. Its is also reasonably sturdy. The problem begins when you actually try to use it. It's advertised as a gaming recliner, but even with an additional support pad, and a blanket, and a pillow it's about as comfortable as reclining on an iron plate. When it's inclined back there is a big gap right at butt area that makes using it uncomfortable. So reclining it to watch movies, etc is difficult. It's also difficult to use it as a computer chair unless you have a lower desk, as it does not have wheels, though it does swivel. The good side is that it's not terribly heavy, so if you have a smooth surface it can be easily moved. It does come with a tiny pillow, but it's awkward to position, and is kinda useless. Unless your child sized it's default position is kinda poor. It also has a few problems with the reclining foot rest area not staying up, and the chair cover pops off at the end of the foot rest, so when you retract it, it pops off.The cup holder is also stupidly designed. It's too big to fit standard car sized cup holder sizes, and not deep enough to support any drink. So either stuff won't fit, or it will, and won't stay in. I also only has it on one side, so you can't switch where you place your drink. Is it worth 300? Nah... it's not even worth 200. About all I can say for it is that it's pretty sturdy and hasn't broken yet, but I'm planning to toss this thing and get a proper recliner as I should have done to begin with.

I ordered this chair before I read the reviews that mentioned it not being the best chair for taller people. Since my 14 year old tops out just over 6 feet tall, I was concerned he would not fit comfortably in the chair. It's true, the pillow is useless if you are taller. He strapped it out of the way on the back of the headrest and he is happy. We picked up a bed-side study table so he has a work surface he can roll over his lap. Perfect setup for home-school and for leisure time too! The massage is a nice bonus he likes as well. In his own words, "I love this chair!"It seems well built and went together without too much fiddling. Make sure you get all fasteners started for a given part, before you tighten any of them down and you will fare better.Overall we are very pleased with the chair.

I will give my honest opinion on how the chair is with an elaborate account as this product is pretty expensive. So,Let's go off the deep end!I saw this as a new item for sale while looking into recliners/gamer chairs. No one had purchased one so I thought "I'll be the judge for some skeptics."Here's the review:Upon delivery the packaging was well done. No damage to the chair or missing parts. You DO have to assemble it, which doing the job alone, took 20 mins, fumbling the chair as holes wouldn't line up etc. Once put together it has an amazing pop, shes very eye catching. I will note that it does kind of feel cheap. Not to slight it completely but for almost $550 I feel it could have been more luxurious. After initial set up I sat in it to see how it functioned. This is where there's hit and miss. When you sit in it at the normal positioning it's sat at attention grade CoD Mom's making molten pizza pops and you got 30secs to pause multiplayer. With 3 levels of reclining, the 2nd back is nice and the third works for really lounging. I will say it's a little awkward. The leg rest is a bit sloped downward for my liking and also when you pop out the "legs" it makes the stereotypical kind of recliner crunch. Just one good ping sound. This is NOT for people who are aggressive or will DROP SEAT into a chair. You will most definitely blow something out if you handle this improperly. Which leads me to the headrest. It's not comfy. When really laying back, noo way. Iz hard my dude. So I removed it and am using a My Pillow. (Great product btw)It has a very premium look.Again my gripe being that the build isn't sturdy feeling. Imagine a glass cannon. Or a fully carbon fibre sports car. Looks great but in an accident, could be a mess. I am extremely cautious with my things so if you have common sense, this will last you a while. One of my last pulls on the negative would be that I'm a 5"10 220lb male and this feels a little small. As you can see I have the chair in a fairly compact room. If you need something a bit low to the ground that would be 100% comfortable for a woman more so than a big and tall man, this is a good option.I WOULD NOT advise getting this if you're a firm 6'● or over● as at 5"10 I'm comfy but.. ehh you know?NOW the part where this thing puts its money to use :The massage feature.Yes.I must admit that when you first feel it there's a certain "Awh, I see why it's got the higher price tag." This isn't per say a massage chair you'd see at those dirty strip malls with the round gouging, good God what did I just pay for?! Gimmick. It's a very pleasant, pulsating vibration that immediately evolves the chair into its final form.Vibration has 8 settings. They all feel great with different intensities and varying patterns to the pulsation. I'm on the second floor in a big house, and when I tried it at night you will create a kind of subwoofer bassy noise profile. Be warned if you live communal as others may complain of the noise it creates. The cupholder is a tad shallow so you'll possibly spill a tall can or glass of w.e liquid. Lastly the side pouch is something I really like. It holds my 11' Tab S7, Anker powerbrick and 2 remotes easily. All in all, IS IT WORTH $550?As stated above,-NOT if you're tall or large or if you play aggressively,-NOT if you are aggressive with your stuff. It IS WORTH IT for the massage features but overall comfortability is 7/10.Hopefully this helps you decideon taking the leap. Sink or swim.Happy shopping and stay safe everyone!

OK so this is probably the most expensive thing I’ve reviewed before. I’m writing this because I’m actually shocked that the quality is pretty solid. I’ve had a specific use case that probably is not the norm, I actually have had a biceps tenodesis surgery, and cannot sleep on my bed because I can’t turn over. So I bought a chair that I could both use to sleep on and eventually use after I am able to return to my bed as a normal gaming chair. So the first couple nights I got this last week I slept in it which was totally fine actually. While the bench could use a teeny bit more padding it wasn’t exactly meant to be a sleeping chair! However I have been very easily able to fall asleep - Mainly due to the large recline function that basically feels like any business class flight that you might’ve gone on. I bought the pink color because my girlfriend likes to game and eventually will use this as her gaming desk chair but for now it’s been a really reliable chair that has kept me completely stable throughout my surgery.Continuing to talk about it a little bit, as far as I can tell the weather is pretty good bonded quality, and will probably last me a couple years while I game in it and occasionally work from it. The levers are easy to reach without me having to get out of the chair which is great because right now I only have one arm to use! It does not adjust in height going up or down but it falls exactly where you would want your chair to be for most normal desks. I think that’s the most important thing to note. Otherwise this is been an absolute Lifesaver for me and completely comfortable as the place I spend 8 to 10 hours a day in until the end of this month. Absolutely worth 300 some odd dollars that it cost to get it - And if it helps I’m pretty sure it’s also manufactured by the big manufacture costway. So far everything I’ve gotten from them in the past has been good mostly things like gaming desks and stuff like that. All in all this was a really good purchase and it’s being utilized in a way that saves me thousands of dollars from buying a hospital chair. Thanks so much I hope this helps someone! PS – the cupholder fits up to a Snapple size bottle. Thought that was important to note in case you have water bottles then a normal Coke can!
