Product Description

-
What charger power is used for slow/fast charging?
Slow charging requires ≥10W (5V/2A input), while fast charging needs ≥18W (9V/2A input).
-
Why does the displayed charging wattage fluctuate, and seem lower when the battery is fuller?
Due to lithium battery charging behavior. Below 80% capacity, devices use maximum safe power for speed. Above ~80% capacity, they keep voltage constant but gradually reduce current to protect the battery, causing the displayed wattage/power to drop.
-
Why does charging from 99% to 100% feel so slow?
Near full capacity, charging switches to a very low "trickle" current to prevent overcharging, overheating, and extend battery life. This slow topping off can take up to 20% of the total charging time.
-
How should I charge the device correctly?
Ensure you use a high-power charger (we recommend a fast charger much greater than 10W) and that the charger supports the fast charging protocol required by the camera (e.g., USB PD).
