it's a nicely weighted, the chrome finish looks like it will outlive me💀Used it today to allow new mounting rubbers be fitted. The only thing I would love to see is a quick release button. Getting greasy sockets off can be a pain, but if that's the only problem, I can live without a QR button.

Beautifully finished ratchet, a little short...Made in Taiwan, not "Country of origin: USA" as stated on Amazon. I'm usually very happy with the quality of Taiwanese made tools, but when you purchase something based on it being made in the USA, and it ain't...well. Also, the ratchet would have been returned anyways based on the switch lever working in reverse to convention...WHY???

Not super happy with it from weight which is a big deal for such a small 3/8 ratchet and the head size is large aswell but it does Looks to be well made and tooth count feels nice for a cheap ratchet.

I like the design and smaller head and 90 tooth for tight or super tight quarters which is the reason I purchased the ratchet in the first place besides it come with a lifetime warranty. With that said, at this point I just can’t give it very much other than it’s shiny. Finally got to use it today on my Nissan truck. Removing a bolt ( first one ever with this ratchet ) I thought wow this is nice.When installing the same 8mm bolt the ratchet absolutely gave way. Almost as if it had plastic gears in the head. Wouldn’t work even after flipping directions and trying again to tighten the ratchet gave way every time and would not tighten or semi snug a bolt. Couldn’t even drive the bolt in past half way. I really thought this would be a top quality ratchet. I guess I got the Monday issued one. Built on the worst day of the week for various reasons. Well, back to the drawing board and waiting for the time to return it for a replacement. I only pray at this point the two 3/8 ratchets aren’t junk. They shiny and Purdy buy that don’t get the job done! Absolutely disappointed at the moment.Update After much confusion after speaking with reps not associated with Powerbuilt, I finally returned the ratchet only to pay for another 1/4 inch thinking surely I received the 1 in 1000 Monday special. Ya know the worst day of the week when the guys are hung over and just don’t wanna be there and don’t care anyway..... I received the second one and it has worked like a champ I have it my tool box and have used it several times and have put some torque to it. So far so good and is a fine ratchet. Would I buy another Powerbuilt product? You bet and I have. I own a 3/8 ratchet of which works fantastic as well as other components such as extensions and sockets. They make a fine tool and it has a lifetime warranty without any BS. That alone is worth a second look. I will continue to make more purchases in the near future. We have all been there at one point or another, when you have something broke down in pieces and all you need is one tool to complete the job.. Well there ya go. That’s what the first half was about with me. Just absolutely disappointed with the one tool.

Buy these while they are cheap. This is a steal of a deal and great quality. They are a little heavy but work great. You will not find better quality for this price. Buy now before other people find out about them and the prices go up!

This wrench handle design is wonderful, you can hold it tightly when you use it. The handle will not harm your hand if you use it without gloves. It is a very handy tool. The header is precision and it’s hardness is excellent . There is no problem of deformation after using vigorously.In addition, its head fits very tightly. When it is used, the sound is very clear. Although it is small, it can easily provide a lot of torque. It's worth having!

Over all build quality is good. Ratchet length is about 30mm longer than my other 1/4" drive ratchets.I like the 90 tooth design for tight spots but the additional length can be an issue in some instances.Direction lever is small and difficult to flip (single hand).Lever direction convention is opposite to Snap-on ratchets......boo!
