Exercise method 3: Hold the bar with both hands and place it on top of the head, and push your palms together forward (difficult, pay attention to safety)

I gotta these twister bar today and it was easy to assembled and it works well too. These will help get back my biceps more. The twisted bar is not cheaply made it’s well made with black steel spring . Definitely recommend these product to anyone that wants to begin working their biceps out. I ordered the 44 pound because I wasn’t sure how strong the 66 pound would be. So I did make the right decision.
