Incorporates a heat shield not found on the factory part that reduces heat transfer to the gearbox lubrication by up to 30 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent thermal breakdown
Seals are made from an improved material to withstand temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit and help prevent future oil leaks
If you hear noisy and harsh sounds at the bottom, the collector unit may be faulty, and it is recommended that you replace it in time

I had a transmission shop that was familiar with replacing PTU's do the work and found that the unit leaked. I was really hoping this would work because of the improvements. Now I've had to pay for 2 separate installations which totalled $1900. Tried to contact the seller but haven't heard anything from them.

Installed by a professional shop, the seal leaked right away. They charged me to take it off again and reseal. Don’t go after market! Go OEM or deal with these issues. Poorly made
