I bought a set of red calipers from Power Stop in December 2022. Initially, they looked great and I was excited to have them installed on my truck. However, after about a year, my 2009 Ram1500 started making strange popping sounds. I thought it was an issue with the suspension due to the age of my truck, so I replaced the upper and lower control arms, front strut, sway bar links, sway bar bushing, and even the control arms in the rear. I spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the issue, only to find out that the calipers were the problem all along.I contacted Power Stop, assuming they would take care of the issue since the calipers were less than two years old and Power Stop is a reputable company. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They told me that they would only warranty the calipers for 90 days if I did not purchase the calipers, rotors, and brake pads directly from them. Although I did purchase the calipers from them, I bought the brakes and rotors from a different company. As a result, they said there was nothing they could do.I find it very disappointing that Power Stop is willing to compromise the safety of its customers for profit. I never expected a credible company like Power Stop to act this way. If you plan on purchasing these calipers, please be aware of what you are getting into and understand that the customer service provided may not meet your expectations if you have an issue.

Painless swap with the Callahan's that had started leaking. It doesn't bother me that they are remans, they look good and function as they should. About an hour to swap both out in the driveway. Will update after the warranty period, hopefully powerstop uses quality parts, as I don't want to replace calipers every 14-20 months.

After 1 year, the red coating is coming off in multiple spots and 1 calliper is leaking.I just contacted Power stop to ask about warranty for the 1 leaking calliper piston.

bolt on and bleed, they're ready to go. don't forget to "brake" in the rotors if new also. I installed these calipers on a 08 dodge ram 1500 sxt

Simple and easy to swap out 😊Just a heads up if you are replacing the flex line aswell....... the flex line are not direct fit the the metal brake lines on the rear of "factory" installed...!!! You have to cut the metal "factory" brake lines and reflang the end with a new flare nutA few chips in the ceramic coating when I received the calipers 😣 but I put nail polish over the chips to cover them from the elimemts 😉

I bought these for my 2002 Ram 1500 when I discovered my rear calipers were solid blobs of rust and beyond rehab. These mounted fine with no fit problems and seem to work well so far with no leaks. One thing to be aware of is that these are remanufactured calipers and come with new slide bolts, bleeder bolt, and anti-rattle clips, but don't come with the adapter mounting bolts or banjo bolt. They do, however, include the two copper washers for the banjo bolt. Five stars for nice quality coatings and fittings for refab units. I personally preferred buying made in USA part refabbed in the USA, versus a new unit made of questionable Chinese metal and tolerances.
