First off, this is a fantastic product. PowerStop makes the perfect replacement upgraded parts for brakes. I bought the pads and rotors for my car about 4 years ago and it was amazing how much more responsive the brakes were - no fade and very little to no brake dust all over my wheels. So when my right rear caliper bracket decided to lock up, I decided to get this kit with the powdercoated calipers.I ordered from Amazon since the pricing was a better deal. Unfortunately, that decision came with a boatload of headaches. When I received the package, the box was stamped with the correct part number, but was missing the calipers and brackets. I contacted Amazon... who in turn said I needed to contact PowerStop... who in turn said I needed to contact Amazon... who in turn... well, you get the picture. The never ending loop of "you fix it"; "No... you fix it". Finally, after many days and emails, PowerStop finally stepped up to the plate and made it right. Thank you, thank you, thank you.The big down side is since the original caliper bracket had locked up the float pin, the inside pad had worn down to the rotor. I had to drive it like this for an additional week waiting for the parts to arrive. All is well now and the brakes again are doing their job perfectly. Highly recommend the PowerStop brakes as OEM replacements and hopefully if you order this kit, the calipers and brackets arrive with the pads and rotors as they were supposed to. Oh... and Merry Christmas.
