Our Dune Racer was only moving in reverse. After some guidance from other parents, I decided to replace the switches underneath the shifter knob. That fixed the problem! These switches work great and car is driving like it should be.

I bought this switch because I wanted a big chunky rocker switch to alternate between two different volume controls (a knob and a slider) on a customized guitar, and this one fit the bill perfectly. It's got robust lugs on it that make for easy soldering as well.

The shifter for my kid's Power Wheels Dune racer stopped going in reverse. I took it apart and noticed that the inside of the rocker switch was rusted and a spring was broken. I ordered this replacement part and it fits and works perfectly.

easily installed, too bad it doesn't work as advertised. for the price, i would have hoped that it would work for more than 10-15 cycles before it quit working. now it is just an on/off switch that is ineffective for my application. this item is overpriced and made either poorly, or with poor materials. more quality control measures should be put in place to ensure quality products.
