No matter where on the wheel or how tight it is, it still moves. I need to be able to use only the knob when turning left. This knob sits beside the wheel and will move upon pressure.The best kind I have used is the knobs that sit on the wheel it self, unlike this one

After having rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder, I found controling the steering wheel of my car hard to do in a safe manner, even with power steering.After looking/trying at a couple of others, I found this one to be the best as it does not sit on top of the steering wheel but just inside - much more comfortable of a position and doesn't cause wrist strain.Installation was a bit difficult as I had a steering wheel cover on and I don't have that much strength/maneuverability in my right arm yet.My advice would be to partially remove the steering wheel cover and have someone else install it for you.It will still move a small bit when in use but you can easily put it back into position or you can try tighten it further.

I deemed my 2008 Ford Expedition a PET SUV. I got this because my right shoulder is messed up and I can’t use my arm to turn the steering wheel easily!This steering knob not only accents my PET SUV with the paw print on it but it is great for me as I drive my PET SUV when I have someplace to go!I recommend this product.

I deliver mail in my own car sitting on the “wrong” side, and this has saved the life of of left wrist!! LOVE IT!!!!
